High conscientiousness would greatly affect the way a business owner manages their business. They will be organized and able to plan ahead. High conscientiousness would also influence the way a business owner interacts with employees. High conscientiousness business owner would genuinely care for their employees and would reflect on how their behavior affects their employees. B.
