An amusement park is a place where most of the people like to enjoy it and have fun Amusement Park safety is a top priority for adults and kids. Amusement rides are popular form of recreation and important part of tourism business. Injury-producing accidents are rare, and the viability of the industry relies on perceived safety of the activity.[ CITATION Kat22 \I 1033 ] However, in March 2022, a fourteen-year-old, Tyre Sampson felt off the ride at ICON Park, Florida [ CITATION Hop22 \I 1033 ]. This was a very devastating event, and this can tell us that Amusement Park Safety is very significant and should be supervised. Death of a young boy brings us to think what could be done different to prevent his death. To assess the public and health factors of amusement park safety 3.To clarify the consequences of injuries in an amusement park 4.To suggest important measures to prevent and eliminate amusement park injuries and promote safety. Needs Assessment A needs assessment is essential to collect information and detect the target group where an issue is presented. An aim of an amusement park to remove and reduce risks, identify the issue because injuries happen, prepare an emergency plan, and provide training daily AMUSEMENT PARK SAFETY 3 Summary In March 2022, a fourteen-year-old boy, Tyre Sampson fell of the ride at ICON park in Florida. He was admitted to the local hospital. However, due to severe injuries, the boy died. As, the investigation showed that the boy was over the weight limit for the ride. The employee has let him take the ride by not following policy and safety rules. Weight limit for every ride is the priority for the safety. Therefore, rules should be followed to prevent injuries. In this case, the employee has neglected the rule. Social Determinants of Health and impact Amusement Park dangers can often be terrifying. Not only tourist can get hurt but workers have one of the highest injury, illness, and fatality rates [ CITATION Kat22 \l 1033 ]. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration concentrates on safe and healthy work environments. Therefore, it is very important to get proper training associated with rides, safe ride operations and hazard detection. It is very important not to ignore anything, for example a proper weight for the ride. In this case, the boy was over the weight limit and still was let go on the ride. This caused big accident and the boy died. Impact of Cultural Assessment Parameters Different cultures are observed in any workable community.
